On the fence about going to therapy?
It’s not surprising that you’re having second (maybe third or fourth) thoughts about therapy. After all, there are so many reasons to not go to therapy:
It’s expensive. (Not necessarily. You will be learning skills that you will use the rest of your life. What’s the price of being happier than you are now?)
It’s time consuming. (Actually, I can work around your schedule, and offer services in the manner most convenient to you. We can meet in my office, we can have sessions on the phone or even through video chat.)
It might not help. (Maybe it won’t, but wouldn’t you at least want to take a chance on improving problems in your life.)
The bottom line is that if you are here reading this, and if you’ve come this far and read all the way to here, you have something going on in your life that you feel needs attention.
If you don’t try therapy, you’ll never know if you could have helped improve your life. Yes, It might seem expensive. It might seem scary.
But you’re here. Which means you’ve already decided it’s something you might need. Take the next step, and call me for a free phone consultation. That won’t be expensive, it’s free. It won’t be invasive, it’s just a phone call. It won’t be scary, I’m very nice.
